The Terms of
Technical Engagement
At Enginefield, we maintain a hard-line commitment to architectural integrity and developer transparency. This document isn't just a legal requirement; it is the constitutional framework for how we deliver high-performance gaming applications and how you interact with our engine services.
By accessing enginefield.pro or utilizing our proprietary frameworks, you are entering into a binding agreement with Enginefield (Via Roma 123, 00100 Roma, Italy). We trade visual fluff for raw performance, and we expect our users to adhere to the same standards of professional conduct and technical respect.
Revisions apply immediately to all active development pipelines.
§ 1.0 Account Integrity & Access
Access to certain Enginefield services—including our performance benchmarking tools and private SDKs—requires an active developer profile. You are the sole architect of your account security. Any unauthorized utilization resulting from loose credential management falls under the user's technical debt. We reserve the right to terminate access if we detect patterns consistent with DDoS profiling or unauthorized extraction of source proprietary shaders.
§ 2.0 Intellectual Property & The "No-Leak" Policy
All code snippets, render pipeline logic, and hardware-specific optimizations provided are the sole property of Enginefield. Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license for the duration of their project.
- - No reverse-engineering of the memory allocation logic.
- - No bypass of the integrated "No-Cheat" manifesto framework.
- - No redistribution of raw .ef-shader files without prior hardening.
Operational Trade-Offs
We prioritize frame rate stability over extreme visual fidelity. Users seeking photorealism at the cost of 4ms render lag may find our environment restrictive.
Granular technical documentation is primary. We trade "easy onboarding" fluff for precise API references designed for senior architects.
We optimize for direct hardware access. This results in superior performance on modern GPUs but may cause rejection on legacy devices without Vulkan support.
Legal compliance is non-negotiable. Enginefield operates under Italian jurisdiction. Any dispute resolution will be localized to the courts of Rome.
Liability & Warranties
Enginefield services are provided "AS IS". While we optimize for 99.9% uptime of our multiplayer backends, we do not warrant that our framework will be entirely free from packet loss or hardware-specific rendering artifacts.
In no event shall Enginefield, its Lead Game Architects, or Performance Engineers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of player data, thermal throttling damage to mobile GPUs, or profit loss resulting from build-size rejections on global distribution platforms.
You agree to indemnify and hold Enginefield harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your implementation of our SDKs in environments that violate local gambling or digital commerce laws.
Summary: We provide the tools; you own the implementation. We protect our code; you protect your users. We optimize for the future; we don't fix the past.
Contractual Dissolution
Enginefield reserves the unilateral right to suspend service to any entity found to be using our render pipeline to generate harmful, non-consensual, or malicious digital assets. Termination of service does not waive your obligation to protect Enginefield’s intellectual property post-access.
