Privacy
Framework.

At Enginefield, we treat data architecture with the same precision as our render pipelines. Privacy is not a compliance layer added after the fact; it is a fundamental constraint of our engineering process. This policy outlines how we handle the telemetry of our studio operations and the digital footprints of our collaborators.

Note: This document is written to be human-readable while maintaining strict legal validity under EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards.

[ TERM_DEF_01 ]

Personal Data

Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. In our stack, this typically identifies project stakeholders and active testers.

[ TERM_DEF_02 ]

The Controller

Enginefield determines the 'Why' and the 'How' of data processing. We take full architectural responsibility for the safety of our data nodes.

[ TERM_DEF_03 ]

Consent

A clear affirmative act. We do not use "dark patterns" or pre-checked boxes. Your interaction must be explicit and revokable.

Data Vectors & Ingress

Enginefield processes data through several primary vectors. When you interact with our studio via inquiry or application development, we monitor specific parameters to ensure "system health" and project continuity.

01. Direct Communication

When you contact us via info@enginefield.pro or our contact forms, we store your name, email, and the content of your message. This is used solely to facilitate the dialogue you initiated. We do not sell this information to advertising brokers.

02. Technical Telemetry

Our web server logs include anonymized IP addresses, browser types, and timestamped entry points. These are essential for mitigating DDoS attacks and optimizing our server response times for global regions.

03. Collaboration Credentials

For partners accessing our private SDKs or build repositories, we collect professional identity data necessary to enforce our Terms of Service and maintain repository security.

Security Protocol

Zero Leak Tolerance.

[ SECTION_ACCESS_RIGHTS ]

Authority Over Your Data.

The Right to Access

You may request a copy of the data we hold on you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. We will provide this within 30 days of verification.

The Right to Erasure

Often called the 'right to be forgotten'. You can demand the deletion of all personal records we hold, provided they are no longer necessary for the purpose they were gathered.

Rectification Controls

If any data node in our system contains inaccurate variables regarding your identity, you have the right to request an immediate patch to that information.

Processing Restriction

You can request that we suspend the processing of your data while keeping it in storage, for example, if you are contesting its accuracy.

Storage & Transmission

Our infrastructure resides primarily within the European Economic Area (EEA). If data is transmitted outside the EEA, we employ Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure the destination meets our integrity standards.

System_Specs
  • ENCRYPTION AES-256
  • RETENTION 24 MONTHS*
  • AUDIT_LOGS ENABLED

*Retention varies based on legal necessity (e.g. tax records vs inquiry logs).

Security Implementation

We implement rigorous organizational and technical measures. This includes multi-factor authentication for internal tools, regular vulnerability scanning, and an "access by necessity" policy for our engineering teams. Unlike standard SaaS platforms, we do not pool player data into a singular "master" database.

Minor's Privacy

Enginefield services are directed towards studios and professional developers. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If we discover a data node containing info from a minor without parental consent, we will purge it immediately.

Third Party Data Sub-Processors

We work with a curated list of vendors for hosting (AWS/Google Cloud) and internal communication (Slack/Notion). Each vendor is vetted for GDPR compliance. For a full list of current sub-processors, please contact our Data Protection Officer.
